Further, with the conversion from ICD-9 to ICD-10 we have a cadre of certified personnel that can also conduct auditing and training for hospital personnel to become more efficient and more cost-effective.

MEDICAL CODING/AUDITING
TAG implements best practices for hospital MTFs by using the International Classification of Diseases (ICD)/Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding classification systems, as well as clinical data systems, to code and audit inpatient and outpatient records.  We are prepared and equipped to assist our clients to make the switch to ICD-10 and collect third party claims.

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
TAG’s ability to schedule and track patient appointments provides increased patient satisfaction. Our team has solid knowledge of appointment scheduling software applications that enable us to log data with speed and efficiency.

MEDICAL RECORDS
TAG ensures proper maintenance of medical records by using established document management solutions to provide electronic and “hard copy” release of information per HIPAA guidelines.

TAG utilizes the best commercial practices, military directives, and professional standards of JCAHO to deliver efficient referral management services for military MTFs. These services include customer service, referral review and coordination, beneficiary counseling, and referral tracking.
